Clean rooms with comfy queen beds. The two-bedroom suite provided space for my family and was well maintained. Friendly staff made for a pleasant experience. Breakfast had room for improvement; a little seasoning would go a long way. The setup was cramped, making it hard for families to sit together. several concerning issues surfaced. The elevator reeked of smoke, and our room had cleanliness lapses. There was a gap under the door, and the shower wasn’t properly cleaned. Mold in the pool area and insufficient ventilation made for an uncomfortable experience. Not enough reception staff during breakfast was disappointing. While there were positives, significant improvements are necessary for a better stay.

Cleanliness and helpful staff were definite highlights; every corner sparkled, and my requests were met with genuine friendliness. The location was convenient, especially with nearby amenities. the bed was a disappointment—uncomfortable enough to make both my husband and I toss and turn all night. There was a plumbing issue in our room that led to inconveniences, and the phone didn’t work, forcing me to use my cell to reach the front desk. Breakfast on Saturday fell flat, with lots of options gone before we arrived. Still, the fresh lemon water in the lobby was a nice touch.

The staff is phenomenal and Gloria is a gem. The property has a nice vibe with a fun pool and spacious options for families.

The room wasn’t ready until well after check-in time, and when I finally got in, it still hadn’t been cleaned! Plus, the pool was closed, which was a huge bummer.

Temperature control worked well, keeping the room pleasant. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, though the high chlorine levels caused some irritation. The cleaning could have been more thorough, as the room had a fishy odor.

The staff was super helpful and polite, really went out of their way for us. Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, and the rooms were spacious enough for our family of six.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for what you get, it’s worth it.

Our family had a blast visiting Baylor University, cheering at the New Baylor Football Stadium, and exploring BRIC/Baylor Re. The kids loved the vibrant atmosphere, and my wife and I appreciated the convenient location near these popular attractions.
My wife says that clearer signage for family-friendly activities would enhance the overall experience for families with children.

We hit up Baylor University and the New Football Stadium - epic vibes! The convenience to these spots made our trip smooth. Plus, the staff were so chill, helping us out with whatever we needed. The indoor pool was the cherry on top!
Wished the hotel had a cool rooftop bar or lounge for us to hang out and party after checking out the local scene. A place where we could keep the good times rolling, ya know?

Just wanted to share my recent experience at Comfort Suites. The room we stayed in was pretty cozy and clean, which I really appreciated. The beds were super comfortable, and we had everything we needed in terms of basic amenities like ironing facilities and free toiletries. The hot water pressure in the bathroom was a nice surprise, and there were plenty of lights in the room, which I always find helpful. On the downside, the layout of the room felt a bit cramped, especially with the worn-out couch and the bathroom sink stopper not working properly. The breakfast selection wasn't the greatest, and the coffee machine was out of order, which was a bit disappointing. The staff were okay, not overly friendly, but they got the job done. there was an issue with cockroaches in our room, which was promptly addressed when we notified the front desk. The response could have been more reassuring though. it was a decent stay with some room for improvement in certain aspects. The cleanliness and comfort were there, but a few maintenance issues and a better breakfast spread would have made it even better.

comfort suites was spacious, with great water pressure, delicious free breakfast, and a helpful staff. we were able to check in early, and the lobby was relaxing. easy to find with a nearby bakery. the pool was closed for renovation but we received a discount. the assistant manager, Lucy, provided exceptional service, going above and beyond.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property 😊

The location was convenient, close to popular attractions and eateries. The staff was accommodating, granting a late check-out request without hassle. The rooms were impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and ample lighting. the fresh lemon water in the lobby was a refreshing touch during the stay.
The pool was closed during the visit, disappointing families with children. Some maintenance issues were noted, such as non-functioning lights, elevators, and bathroom fixtures.

The room was a fair size, it wasn't dirty. The beds were ok and the A.C worked. We did not have the breakfast but it smelled delicious. The hotel is located in the heart of a very heavy construction zone where I35 and the frontage roads are being completely rebuilt. Getting to and from the property is a challenge. Traffic on I35 is often backed up with long delays.

I devoured the delicious free hot breakfast, felt like a queen at the popular attractions nearby, and grabbed snacks at the snack bar. What a blast!
I enjoyed feeling like a detective in my mystery-filled room.

The room was nice and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The free breakfast was decent, although more options for gluten-free individuals would have been appreciated. The location was convenient for my business trip, close to major highways and easy to access.
The breakfast area was often empty before closing time, lacking in variety and seating. The bathroom facilities were disappointing, with low-quality toilet paper and a poorly maintained tub and shower.

I chose Comfort Suites for its proximity to the Dr Pepper Museum, which I've been eager to visit. The complimentary wireless Internet access and the Suite Success Grab & Go bag were delightful surprises. Additionally, the bar and gym added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay.
Suggestion: More shampoo/conditioners in larger rooms.

the hotel was in a fab location - close to everything. the room was clean - comfy beds, and a separate kitchenette. Dianna and a very friendly gentleman at the desk were super helpful. also, it's pet-friendly, and they were cool about it.
Would definitely recommend.
